Trudy PhilipsTrudy M Philips, President founded a document imaging service company in 1984 in Birmingham and sold it in 1988. In 1996 she acquired a near-bankrupt commercial records storage center and sold it to Iron Mountain in 1999. Since 1988, she has consulted with Fortune 500 companies and small businesses to find solutions for their information management needs. She assists clients in organizing and protecting their information, both paper and digital.

Since 1999, when she established a non-profit organization that is devoted to helping small businesses succeed, she has provided one on one consulting and training to over 1,200 small businesses.  She is a certified FastTrac trainer and consults on the One Page Business Plan.


Susan Callahan LeeSusan Callahan Lee, CRM/NS is a seasoned management professional with more than 20 years of information management, business continuity and emergency response experience in the utility industry. She is familiar with all aspects of information management, business continuity and disaster recovery practices and technologies. She developed and implemented all business continuity and emergency action plans for the critical corporate facilities of a major utility in the Southeast. She also developed the corporate and quality assurance records program for a nuclear company and for an environmental management company.
