Knowledge & Experience
Trudy M Philips, President founded a document imaging service company in 1984 in Birmingham and sold it in 1988. In 1996 she acquired a near bankrupt commercial records storage center and sold it to Iron Mountain in 1999. Since 1988, she has been consulting with Fortune 500 companies and small business to find solutions for their information management needs. Susan Callahan Lee, CRM/NS is a seasoned management professional with 20+ years’ information management, business continuity and emergency response experience in the utility industry. She is familiar with all aspects of information management, business continuity and disaster recovery practices and technologies. She developed and implemented all business continuity and emergency action plans for the critical corporate facilities of a major utility in the southeast.
